Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for a change of mind or for selecting the wrong size or color.

To request cancellation, contact us within one hour of placing your order. Cancellation is possible only before production begins and is confirmed when we respond.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact samemoonsupply@gmail.com promptly and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an eligible replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.

For missing or delayed shipments, contact us with your order number and tracking information. Your rights under applicable law are not affected.
