Are your products made to order?

Most Same Moon Sisters items are made to order by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Production times and available shipping options can vary by product.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Different products may be made and shipped from different facilities, so one order can arrive in more than one package. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

Where can I find sizing and product details?

Check the description and available size, color and style options on each product page before ordering. If you have a question about a particular item, please contact us.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly and within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner. Read our Returns & Order Help page for details.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us through our Contact page within one hour of placing your order if you need to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number. We can only make changes or cancel an order if production has not started. A request is not confirmed until we respond.

What is the SMILE collection?

SMILE features original spray-painted smiley faces created by our kids. As described in the collection, all profits from SMILE are donated to our local children's hospital. Explore SMILE.
